We provide training in taekwondo skills which varies from hand techniques to advance taekwondo kicking elements, physical fitness training ( full body workout ) and personal taekwondo training (1 on 1 basis).

Competition training will be included in the syllabus as well. ( Pad sparring, body vest training , speed and agility training )

Female is encouraged to participate to learn some self-defence skills and toughen up mentality and physically. We have male and female instructor during the classes.

Kids as young as age 5 classes are available as well. Start them young towards a healthier future.
